Over the years, Razia’s Ray of Hope Foundation has built meaningful relationships with Rotary clubs that share a deep commitment to service and education. One of the earliest and most impactful partnerships began with RRH’s late founder, Razia Jan, and her own Rotary club, the Rotary Club of Duxbury, which played a key role in funding the construction of the Zabuli Education Center.

That support made it possible to create a dedicated school where girls could learn in a safe, supportive environment, opening the door to education for girls who might not otherwise have had the chance. What began as a single act of partnership continues to shape the lives of students every day.
