Ahmad Zubair has been with Razia’s Ray of Hope since 2017. As the Finance and Admin Manager in Afghanistan, Zubair is responsible for all external relations regarding the programs in-country and working closely with the US team. Zubair works as lead project manager for all projects at both RHH campuses.
