Kayla Nocon is the Development and Communications Manager at Razia’s Ray of Hope. Graduating from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Kayla brings a unique blend of marketing and operations experience from several years of work in the financial and wellness industries. In addition to her work at RRH, Kayla is a dedicated yoga student and teacher who strives to make a positive impact through her work by combining strategic thinking with a compassionate approach to work towards a more inclusive and kinder world.
Her goal is to raise awareness and generate support for the organization's mission, ensuring that girls in Afghanistan have access to quality education and that their fundamental needs are fulfilled.
Beyond her RRH commitments, Kayla can be found teaching and taking yoga classes, staying active, and cherishing precious moments with her adorable new niece.
