Leia Francis

Leia Francis is the Development Associate at Razia’s Ray of Hope. She graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics with High Honors and a minor in Studio Art. Leia's unique academic background allows her to blend creativity with analytical skills to build strong relationships that ignite meaningful, lasting impact at RRH. She is passionate about expanding access to education as a means of fostering confidence, leadership, and opportunity for Afghan women and girls. 

Outside of RRH, Leia loves reading, painting, and volunteering in paleontology. She also collaborates with scientists to create illustrations for research, underscoring her commitment to clear, accessible communication.
