Rachel Quigley

Rachel Quigley is Razia's Ray of Hope's Financial Manager. Rachel graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After graduating, she gained significant management and communications experience through several positions in the hospitality industry in Washington, DC. Rachel began working with RRH part-time, while juggling a full time job in the restaurant industry, and has since joined as a full-time employee. She enjoys helping empower young women through gaining access to education. Rachel lives in Washington, DC and likes to read, exercise and spend time with friends.
